But let’s talk about LOVE, because isn’t that the theme this week? Suddenly everyone is talking about parenting and sex and yes, I absolutely take all of the credit for this!

But really, every day there is a new take on marriage and divorce. In part because Emily Nagoski, who says you can skip sex, has a new book about desire out.

Though even Emily Oster is also talking parenting, sex, and feeling “touched out,” and I’m not sure what to do about that.

Very generally, I say, keep it all coming, although not from this guy. Yes, marriage seems to be in crisis, but maybe heterosexuality (and the people who practice it) is just looking hard at itself. I have been reading this book, which reminds readers from the jump that panic about marriage is not new.
